Andhra Pradesh EDCET Exam for 2 Years B.Ed Admission:
Andhra Pradesh Educational Common Entrance Test (Ed.CET) is a state level exam CONVENER, APEd.CET-2015, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Ed.CET is for taking the two years of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) admission to select the career in the Teacher Profession.
- Candidates should be nationals of India
- Candidate should complete Degree with any branch or they are in the final year of there graduation from any recognized university are eligible to write the exam.
EDCET Examination Pattern: Exam is of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ’s) and it consists of 150 questions, each question carries one mark then total is for 150 marks. No negative marks for wrong answer. And duration of the exam is for Two hours. Exam is conducted in the form of Three parts. Part I, Part II, Part III.
EDCET Examination Syllabus: Ed.CET syllabus covers the topics in the Part I, Part II, Part III. If candidates prepare based on the syllabus they may get good score in the exam.
1. Part I:
General English-25 Questions-25 Marks
2. Part II:
General Knowledge-5 Questions-15 Marks
Teaching Aptitude-10 Questions-10 Marks
3. Part III:
Candidate Selected Subject-100 Questions-100 Marks
Qualifying Marks: For General category candidates should get 35 marks in the exam. And there no qualifying marks for the SC/ST candidates.
