AP LAWCET & PGLCET for 3/5 yrs LLB and 2 yrs LLM courses

AP LAWCET & PGLCET for 3/5 yrs LLB and 2 yrs LLM courses: Andhra Pradesh State Law Common Entrance Test (LAWCET) and Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test (PGLCET) for the inter and degree candidates to take the admission in to 3 & 5 years of Bachelor in Laws (LL.B) and 2 years of Masters in Laws (LL.M) respectively. Every year in the month of May/June.

Eligibility:

LAWCET:
1. 3 years LL.B: Candidates should have degree qualification (10+2+3) or equivalent qualification with 45% aggregate. And if any candidate has less than 45% aggregate,then the candidate have the post graduation with the 45% aggregate from the recognized university.
2. 5 years LL.B: Candidates should have intermediate qualification(10+2) or equivalent qualification with 45% aggregate from the recognized university.

PGLCET:
1. Candidates have LL.B/B.L 3/5 year degree on the date of application and candidates who have appeared/appearing for LL.B./B.L. Final year examination are also eligible.
2. The Candidates seeking admission into LL.M. (Private Appearance) of Osmania University, Hyderabad shall have a minimum experience of 3-years as a judicial officer or 3-years standing as an advocate on the date of appearing for AP PGLCET.

LAWCET – 3 years LL.B and 5 years LL.B
PGLCET – 2 years LL.M

Exam Pattern and Syllabus:

LAWCET: Exam is of 120 questions and each question carries one mark and duration of the exam is for 90 minutes. Syllabus contains General Knowledge & Mental Ability, Current Affairs and Aptitude for the Study of Law.
